KinetiCount is a code line counting tool for C, C++, and Java source files, as well as Windows resource scripts. It compares project sizes or monitors code growth over time and determine input parameters needed for cost estimation models. It counts physical lines, terminating characters, or executable statements. It also includes full command line support, useful in batch scripting and generates detailed count analyses in both text and spreadsheet formats.
